Your calendar has become the bottleneck in your own business.
You could figure the AI part out yourself. The figuring out process costs hours you don't have, and you've probably already wasted some figuring that out.
I find the work in your business that repeats, build it into AI workflows your team can run without you, and train the person who owns it. You keep it after I leave.
I build in Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and more.
Something in the last month probably sounded like one of these
- You tried to get AI to write something in your voice and what came back was off or just plain wrong.
- Your coordinator left, and you've been doing that work yourself at 9pm.
- You turned down a project you wanted because you couldn't staff it.
- You've been invoicing on Sunday nights for a year and you finally said out loud that it isn't sustainable.
- Your team is already using AI, inconsistently, and nobody decided that.
You want AI to be able to do what everyone says it can: save you time, brain power, and money. But it's not working. That's where I come in.
Small teams with a leader who knows AI can help but doesn't know how.
Established.
You’ve been in business two or more years with a small team, usually two to five people. The patterns that run your week are there, and nobody has had time to write them down.
Curious about AI.
You're open to using AI for work (bonus points if you're already using it!)
Your work lives in software.
Invoicing, client records, email and calendar are in tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. That’s what I help stitch together.

Find what repeats, build it, and hand it to your team
AI operations, which mostly means internal AI enablement. I go into how your business runs day to day, find the work that repeats, pick and standardize the tools, build the workflows and agents, and train the person who's going to own it after I go.
Then we check whether your team is using it, and if they aren't, we fix whatever is getting in the way.
What I don't do: back end development, IT, AEO/SEO, or security architecture. If that's what you need, I'm happy to share a referral to one of my preferred vendors.
A few of the AI workflows I've built
Inbox to a running task list
It reads a week of email, pulls out every open item, and keeps one list that rolls over until each thing is done.
Meeting notes to next steps
A call transcript goes in, and what was decided, who owns what and what's due come out, filed where the team will look for them.
A CRM that answers questions
Connecting Claude to a sales team's CRM so they can pull their own reports instead of waiting on the one person who knows how to build them.
Notifications to a twice-weekly brief
A constant stream of time-sensitive email gets sorted into what needs action and by when, and what's just FYI, with deadlines added to the calendar.
A members-only resource library
Building a members-only resource library for a business coaching community, so members can find the material they need in one place, replacing the course platform it ran on before.
Statements to a spending breakdown
Card statements and transaction exports become a breakdown in categories you choose, and it learns which cryptic merchant names belong where.
One business problem at a time, with a defined finish
A free call
We talk through what's costing you time and whether I'm the right person to fix it.
Diagnostic
A 60-90 minute session and a written findings report: what's costing you time, what you've already tried, and where AI would give you hours back. The report is yours whether or not we keep going.
The Problem + Solution Cycle
One problem, from clarity through design, build, feedback and rollout. It typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on how complex it is.
After
Your team runs it. If you want, I stay on for maintenance, and the next problem becomes its own cycle whenever you're ready.
Everything I build lives in your accounts, in a format you own
Your business context (how you work, what you've decided, the workflows running on top of it) sits in a folder you control, not inside one vendor's account. Switch tools next year, or lose access to one tomorrow, and you still have all of it.
I'm Lindsay, and I run Linden Operations
I'm a certified AI Operator, and before I started my own practice in January 2025, I spent 15+ years building structure out of chaos in political campaigns, nonprofits, county government and a fast-growing consulting firm.
My philosophy is process before tech: I help you get clear on your process so we can teach it to AI and unlock your business bottlenecks.
Start with a call
If you already know which workflow is eating your week, bring it. If you don't, that's what the call is for.
